- 1 / 5By Laticia RameyWe had my sons 7th birthday party here yesterday 2/16/2017 and it was the WORST experience I've ever had!! The staff was rude and inconsiderate making rude and snide comments behind the counter about the party, when asked about balloons or party hats we were told "oh we had budget cut backs and decided birthdays were where it needed to be done at!" As they laughed about it and the afternoon manager was rude and when I tried to finishing paying for the party I got a "what are you wanting to pay for it or something?" With the most rawest and angry attitude not a single friendly comment or anything from any of them and then about 8pm an older male employee with gray hair stood at the counter glaring into the play area swinging what was a cleaning cloth making everyone feel unwanted and unwelcome! This was not my first choice or my last choice for my child's party and I'll never have one here ever again!November 26, 2016
